Anxiety Counselling on the Wirral
I work with children, young people and adults, offering a supportive and compassionate space to explore a wide range of emotional experiences.
Many people come to counselling feeling overwhelmed, anxious or under pressure to cope with things on their own. This can affect confidence, relationships and overall wellbeing. I aim to provide a calm and understanding environment where you can talk openly at your own pace.
I have a particular interest in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, including those who may feel stuck, worried, or struggling to manage day-to-day life. Anxiety is something we all experience at times, especially when we feel stressed, overwhelmed or unsure. For some people though, it can become more constant and harder to manage, showing up as worry, overthinking, feeling on edge, or physical symptoms like a racing heart or difficulty sleeping. It can start to affect day-to-day life, relationships and confidence.
In therapy, I offer a space where you can be yourself without judgement, where your experiences are heard and taken seriously, and where we can work together in a way that feels right for you. Together, we can begin to understand what might be contributing to your anxiety, notice patterns and find ways to manage it that feel manageable and meaningful. Therapy isn’t about getting rid of anxiety completely, but about helping you feel more in control and able to move forward at your own pace.
