Counselling for Sight Loss on the Wirral
I support children, young people, and adults living with or affected by sight loss. Whether your experience is recent or long-term. Changes in vision can have a significant impact on many areas of life, including confidence, independence, relationships and emotional wellbeing.
For some, sight loss can bring feelings of grief, frustration, anxiety or isolation. It may also affect how you see yourself and your place in the world. For children and young people, this might show up in school, friendships or developing confidence. For adults it can influence work, daily life, and identity.
I offer a calm, supportive and accessible space where you can talk openly about your experiences. Together, we can explore what sight loss means for you, process any difficult emotions, and find ways of moving forward that feel manageable and right for you.
